Care instructions

The basics: treat them kindly and don't let the ear wires get wet or exposed to extreme conditions. 

Gift wrapping and packaging

At the moment we are not offering gift wrapping. We pack items securely so that they reach you just as we intended. 

Wholesale availability

Some wholesale availabilty. Please contact us so we can talk and make sure if it can be done at that moment in time. 

Custom and personalized orders

We do work custom and personalized orders, but please make sure to reach out to us for them on a timely matter as such work is done in between regular inventory work so we want to make sure you recieve it as soon as possible.

Refunds and Returns 

We do provide refunds for orders not shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item is worn or handled carelessly, we cannot process your return. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
